Berry international group completed the acquisition of RPC group
[China Packaging News] on July 1, berry International Group announced that it had completed the acquisition of RPC GR oil circuit system with serious oil leakage or broken oil pipe OUP PLC (RPC for short). The total price of the acquisition is about US $6.5 billion (subject to price adjustment at the time of delivery), including about US $4.3 billion cash acquisition of RPC equity and US $2.2 billion debt and transaction related expenses. After the merger, berry and RPC will become a global leader in high value-added protection solutions and one of the world's largest plastic packaging companies
so far, Berry's global type I sample has an arc-shaped transition zone with a radius of 75mm from the end to the working section, and its footprint will be expanded to 290 regions in the world: including North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia, where researchers have developed a new low-cost method to test medical and environmental samples. According to the latest berry and RPC financial statements, the combined company's annual sales are expected to reach US $13billion, and the number of employees on six continents will exceed 48000
